Inadequate adaptation of the learning process to the needs of pupils with disabilities (including aphasia) - the immediate environment makes obvious (from their own perspective) and at the same time high (for them) demands that the little person cannot cope with. Pupils with aphasia at the second educational stage (in classes IV- VIII) have great difficulties in adapting to the new learning conditions (a large number of teachers, the need to change classrooms, a lot of new content to master, understand and remember, limited contact with the tutor as the most helpful person, as he or she does not stay with the pupils all day).

A complete working model that can be used in its entirety or provide inspiration for teachers. The model is an "overlay" on the curriculum for most subjects at educational stage 2. Ideally, it should already be introduced at the beginning of 4th grade. It includes 45 thematic blocks delivered monthly from 4th to 8th grade. The model includes a handbook (for both teachers and parents) of lesson plans, teaching aids, as well as information on preparing the classroom appropriately for the student's needs. In addition to dedicated classes, off-site workshops and rehabilitation (e.g. dog therapy, art therapy) also take place. In addition, psychological and educational support for parents is available.

The main audiences for the innovation are pupils with motor disabilities - including aphasia - and their parents and carers, as well as teachers.

The innovation can be implemented by teachers of classes IV-VIII in special schools and educational centres supporting the development and learning of people with disabilities.

• Adaptation of classrooms or preparation of a special education room with appropriate equipment, visualisations and teaching tools;

• Development or adaptation of appropriate teaching materials, visualisations, teaching aids and learning tools adapted to the needs of pupils with aphasia.
