Wstecz E-care - remote assistance and care services for people with special needs

Difficulties in organising care services, especially at the place of residence of the person with a disability - e.g. due to epidemiological factor, transport exclusion, temporary staff shortages. Need to organise additional motivational sessions or provide intervention support.

As part of the innovation, people with special needs receive online support (either interventionally or in a planned way), in areas such as:

• motivational, supportive, intervention interviews;

• assistance in official matters (e-citizen);

• online assistance in contacting authorities, banks, doctors, etc.; and

• assistance with online shopping;

• participation in e-culture;

• assisting with online courses/training/studies;

• support in upgrading digital skills.
