Social exclusion of children with a spastic upper limb due to the lack of tools that would enable them to participate in artistic and creative activities while maintaining the correct pattern used in therapy, i.e. opening the hand and straightening the wrist.

"Edki" are therapeutic crayons specially created for children with upper limb spasticity. They are characterised by their unique shape, allowing different ways of holding. These unique crayons not only support therapy, but also allow children with hand paresis to create artwork, which has a positive effect on their harmonious development. Thanks to the appropriate shape and movement pattern, drawing with these crayons mobilises and stimulates the hand and fingers in a beneficial way. The project is available under an open licence, allowing parents, volunteers and therapists to produce 'Edki' according to the accompanying instructions.

• Children with upper limb spasticity between the ages of 4-15 years.

• Children with upper limb spasticity and their parents;

• Rehabilitation and support centres for children with mobility disabilities;

• An occupational therapy specialist or therapist who treats children with disabilities;

• Children with disabilities and their parents/guardians, who can test the crayons and adapt them to their needs.
