Limited access to dementia rehabilitation for elderly patients;

The innovation involved the development of a rehabilitation tool for adult multifaceted stimulation. The tool was designed in the convention of a manipulative board with a process arrangement function (sequence of activities) and a set of 14 interchangeable elements. Exercises with the board are intended to improve the target group's memory, manual functions and everyday organisation.
Older people suffering from early stage dementia syndrome;
people undergoing memory rehabilitation after strokes.
Day support facilities for seniors;

municipal day care homes;
occupational therapy workshops;
individuals.
