The nature of innovation
Model organizacyjny
The problem that innovation answers
Workers of many industries do not have a healthy work-life balance, often leading to burnout. Professional groups without relevant professional support are employees of NGOs and public institutions, as well as owners and employees of small and medium-sized businesses.
How does innovation work?
The innovation “Balancer” was developed for people who struggle to balance their with work and life, and fear that they may be facing occupational burnout. It is particularly intended for employees of NGOs, public institutions, and micro, small and medium-sized businesses. Because of its holistic approach and the use of bodywork methods, cultural education and psychology, “Balancer” increases soft skills required to achieve the work-life balance. "Balancer" helps to, among other things, set personal development goals, draw up a list of the most important values, take a break and self-reflect, learn teamwork while respecting one's own needs and those of others, better manage one's own time and use relaxation techniques.
