Lack of available coaching and personal development materials for people woth visual disability
How does innovation work?
A part of the innovation is the formulation of a personal development training programme for people with visual disabilities and visual impairments. An introductory workshop, theoretical training on coaching (life coaching, health coaching, business coaching, family coaching, 60+ coaching), individual coaching sessions for trainees, individual mentoring sessions were organised. Publicly available training materials and tools in Polish Braille have been prepared.
