Many so-called 'scientific minds' have subpar social communication and soft skills. Job interviews, presentation of one's own achievements or speaking in front of a large auditorium often present a challenge for such people, so that, despite their skills, knowledge and creativity, they do not handle themselves well in interviews and as a result do not get the job they have applied for.
How does innovation work?
The innovation is carried out as a workshop series using theatre and improv methods. They should help the participants overcome their own barriers, such as shyness or presentation anxiety. The participants will receive self-reliance and motivation training, they develop their creativity and skills, e.g. social skills, and learn techniques on how to control gestures and facial expressions. The workshop programme consists of two modules: "Each of us is an artist who sculpts their own future" and "Creating while talking".
