The innovation involves the development of a phantom which can simulate an epileptic seizure and conducting workshops to teach how to provide aid to a person experiencing a seizure. In addition to the workshops, the participants would have the opportunity to consult a psychologist

The innovation resulted in the creation of the first functional training phantom which simulates epileptic seizures. Using the phantom, a series of workshops (10 workshops in 10 district schools in the Province of Łódzkie) were held to provide training and demonstrations on seizure first aid to teachers, educators and high schools students. In total, 359 people participated in the workshops, thus significantly increasing seizure first-aid competence among the population of the Province of Łódzkie, especially those working in urban areas.
