How does innovation work?
The comprehensive platform provides access to self-service device simulators and almost identical interfaces to the actual devices. This gives seniors the opportunity to learn their ins and outs and try out all the options. In this way, they learn how to use them, get rid of the fears associated with it and become accustomed to modern technology.

Results achieved as a result of testing
The simulators gave seniors the opportunity to learn how to use self-service devices, to become familiar with them, to reduce their fear of interacting with them. Knowing how to operate the most common interfaces (e.g. ATMs, parking meters or self-service cash registers) significantly contributed to improving the quality of life of older people, who got rid of the fear of having to operate unfamiliar devices.
