How does innovation work?
“The Planet Method” is a web-based tool for the intelligent diagnosis of employees' competences. It is universally applicable, independent of industry and job type. Metodaplanet.pl is an app that enables the management of employee development. It helps to recognise the competences of employees and to track their development. The app is very intuitive and the recipients can use it on their own. The areas that can be diagnosed are assigned to individual planets through which the innovation recipient can “travel”. The person using the app receives a detailed report on each area which includes an interpretation of the results and interesting hints on how to improve the respective area. Currently, the following competence areas can be included in the diagnosis: Motivation/Self-motivation (Motus) Subjective and situational determinants of learning (Scientia) Social and emotional intelligence (Cor) Coping with stress (Pavor) Self-organization and project management skills (Tempus) Creativity and innovation (Ingeniosus) Teamwork determinants (Turma) Decision-making (Decisio) Responding to difficult and conflict situations (Conflictus) Communication skills (Communicatio)
