People with disabilities find it difficult to find stable employment. This is often due to their lack of appropriate education, the inadequacy of public spaces to meet their needs, and mobility difficulties. In the long run, these obstacles keep them from actively searching for a job. In addition, many businesses are reluctant to employ people with disabilities fearing that they would be less productive.

The innovation is a virtual course available on a website. People with mobility impairments who want to work as a virtual assistant are encouraged to take a proactive approach, help one another and integrate into the society. The course includes, among other things, learning how to create a video CV and organize one's work. 14 motivational video lessons and 15 interviews with influencers are available online at: www.obierzkursnaprace.pl. Additionally, each innovation test participant received a handbook and was given access to mastermind sessions which were aimed at team building, revising the material and mutual help.

We have created a training platform containing: – 14 video lessons – a handbook – 15 motivational interviews

Participants emphasise the motivational value of the videos which not only gave them the strength to look for a job, but they also encouraged them during job interviews and prevented them from quitting a job they had just taken.
