About innovation

The nature of innovation
Usługa
The problem that innovation answers
Employers pay more attention to candidates' soft skills (e.g. communication skills, creativity, etc.) than to their hard skills (e.g. language skills, driving licence, etc.). Young people entering the labor market often lack the ability to innovate and creativity and have no direct contact with employers.
How does innovation work?
In the project, small groups of young people solve complex problems sent in by cooperating institutions. The participants are supported by coaches. Teams also take part in workshops covering two thematic areas: creativity/innovation and communication/teamwork. At the end of the project, the teams present their solutions to the cooperating institutions. The project was inspired by its creator's involvement in the creation of the first Polish team in FIRST Robotics Competition called "Spice Gears" and his experience organizing robotics tournaments for primary school students.
