The lack of a comprehensive guidebooks for foreigners (mainly students and graduates) which describe the whole process of taking up employment in Poland in a substantive and accessible way, including the required documents and cultural differences.
How does innovation work?
The Integration Platform is a tool to help foreign students enter the Polish labor market. Polish employers will get the chance to learn what foreign job candidates bring to the table. The students of the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin have contributed to the development of that universal tool with 3 language versions, which can be used by other universities with foreign students. An innovative element is the use of multimedia – humorous videos with foreign students, showing their 'real-life' experiences.

Foreign students at Polish universities who prepare to enter the Polish labor market and who intend to look for a job in Poland after graduation.

Products resulting from testing
A website in the form of a digital platform – www.studentworkweb.eu. The final version of the product will be the tested and approved Integration Platform which will be a source of comprehensive knowledge for foreign students on how to adapt to the Polish labor market, with detailed instructions, information and tools for other future users. The final product will also include videos and texts created as part of the project, and other content associated with the project results.
Results achieved as a result of testing
The website provides foreign students with all the information they need in one place: documents, addresses of relevant institutions, telephone numbers, working hours, employer requirements presented in videos featuring employers, career counselors and labor office workers, CV development guide and editable CV templates, video of a job interview, information on dress code, etc. This makes it much easier for foreign students to succeed on the labor market.
