About innovation

The nature of innovation
Model organizacyjny
The problem that innovation answers
Lack of effective and attractive forms of support for young people looking for their first job, which would stimulate activity, develop creativity and help them overcome the anxiety of entering a new stage of life.
How does innovation work?
The innovation is based on the ‘Dream Job Seeker Journal’, a creative book to be completed. By completing the ‘Dream Job Seeker Journal’ for 6 weeks, the student goes through a process leading to finding one’s own career goals, learning about one's own capabilities, learning job seeking methods, preparing to enter the labor market and overcoming the anxiety associated with choosing a profession. The step-by-step facilitator guide helps the teacher conduct a workshop encouraging students to complete the journal. Workshop plans are also included in the facilitator guide. Any career counselor, tutor, psychologist, educator or a teacher wishing to help their students can be the facilitator. In addition, the students could compete with one another. Teams of job seekers would inspire each other to carry out tasks regularly and collect points. The winning team could be awarded a prize.
Who is the innovation for?
