Architectural and urban planning model to familiarise people who stopped using public spaces because of their reduced mobility and mobility concerns. It includes designs for motor and sensory exercise stations to be incorporated into public infrastructure. The motor and sensory path requires a 100 m long gait training track and exercise stations divided into 7 groups: gait training, stretching, stabilisation, postural control, eye-hand coordination, balance, sensory (relaxation) training. The stations should provide training opportunities with varying degrees of difficulty (several variations of the same exercise in one station) for the users of the trail to do exercises adapted to their needs and abilities (with or without a caregiver) and feel comfortable and safe.
