The motor and sensory path requires a 100 m long gait training track and exercise stations divided into 7 groups: gait training, stretching, stabilisation, postural control, eye-hand coordination, balance, sensory (relaxation) training. The stations should provide training opportunities with varying degrees of difficulty (several variations of the same exercise in one station) for the users of the trail to do exercises adapted to their needs and abilities (with or without a caregiver) and feel comfortable and safe.

Each training station is equipped with instructions in the form of pictograms, explaining its features. In addition, the users can open the app to get instructions in a multimedia form.
