About innovation

The nature of innovation
Produkt
The problem that innovation answers
Young people entering the labor market are often not adequately prepared to choose the profession. They are not fully aware of their own potential, skills and interests. They also do not know what a given individual position entails. Consequently, their career choices are ill-advised given their skills.
How does innovation work?
The programme supports young people in making an informed decision when choosing the profession and in practically testing their ideas about their future jobs. Participants carry out tasks assigned by specific employers. The project is carried out as micro-internships and their duration is basically limited to only a few hours. For the purpose of implementing the programme, an online platform was created where partners (entrepreneurs, institutions and NGOs) can send in tasks for the participants, confirm their completion and evaluate the results. The submitted tasks are registered in the system using a task sheet. Once all tasks have been completed, participants receive a summary of their results which also includes their professional profile and career recommendations, created on the basis of the participant's strengths.
