The problem that innovation answers
Cooperatives and non-governmental organizations working for the benefit of and with people with disabilities do not have sufficient organizational and marketing support. As a result, their image is often unfavourable and their competitiveness is low. In addition, the community promoting the engagement of people with disabilities is fragmented, which does not stimulate the sharing of good solutions.
How does innovation work?
The innovation involves the development and implementation of an integrated management system for workshops and training in the cooperative and non-governmental sector, with a particular focus on activities organized by and intended for people with disabilities. The core of this innovation is an on-line training and workshop platform combined with a workshop and training management tool.
Who is the innovation for?
Organizations from the cooperative and non–governmental sector and individuals involved in courses and workshops, especially people with disabilities – People interested in conducting courses and workshops, who do not receive any organizational and logistical support or promotion and marketing tools to enter the training and workshop market with their offer – Workshop and training courses participants, including people with disabilities
