How does innovation work?
Complete, user-ready training program, including educational material (e-learning course and interactive multimedia guide), and IT tools to enable the user to implement the Collective Intelligence-based solutions in their workplace in order to boost innovativeness. This will contribute to making better use of employees' skills, stimulating their creativity and commitment to their jobs. The method will be used to increase productivity, improve team management and complete tasks more efficiently. - The training program, educational materials and IT tools prepared as part of the innovation can be used in two ways: As a ready-made, online and free tool that anyone can download and go through the training process by himself/herself - Material that will be made available to schools and training institutions to be used in teaching
Who is the innovation for?
Micro and small enterprises with 20 or more employees – Micro and small enterprises, members of industry associations, clusters and chambers of commerce – Micro and small enterprises organising competitions as open innovation (e.g. with the participation of independent specialists, researchers, talented students aged 25 or older)
Who can implement the innovation?
Owners, directors and managers of micro and small enterprises

Methodology principles in a handbook to help understand the premise of the innovation - A training program with lesson plans - Learning materials: e-learning course, an interactive multimedia guide on how to use Collective Intelligence as a method for creating concepts of product and process innovation
