Recipients (Students) struggle with: not knowing how to plan their own career paths having skewed notions about the labor market and limiting beliefs insufficient social skills, including communication and relationship building skills a mismatch between their skills and available jobs Users (employees of institutions providing career guidance, career counselors) struggle with: understaffing, which results in limited counseling time per student relatively low interest in the workshops offered by the institutions providing career guidance changing needs and expectations of students insufficient tools to reach most of the student community underfunding

The innovation consists of three parts: – Worksop providing career guidance; – Workshops on how to stage a performance, – A live performance with audience participation. During the first part, students create a career plan matching their true potential and dreams. During the performance, students improvize scenarios that could occur in the wokrplace. This allows students (both those on the stage and in the audience) to prepare for the challenges of the job market and to test and and try out different strategies and solutions to different issues in a safe environment. The employers in the audience can see the candidates ‘in action’.
