About innovation

The nature of innovation
Produkt
The problem that innovation answers
Lack of access to musical events for people with hearing disabilities.
How does innovation work?
The user can choose the mode of operation of the device on their own: conversion of the sound recorded by the microphone into vibrations; importing their own sound samples and then transforming them into vibrations; playing an electronic instrument. The Vibraap transforms any sound into vibrations, which can be felt through a special waistcoat connected to the app.
Who is the innovation for?
d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing people who, because of their hearing disability, are largely excluded from events where sound is the dominant medium. Initially, the device will be developed for youth, adults and seniors. In the future, the user group may be expanded to include children.
Who can implement the innovation?
Music event organizers; philharmonics; music theatres; community centres; artists who would like to enrich and/or develop their performances based on the non-auditory experience of music.
Products resulting from testing
