About innovation

The nature of innovation
Model organizacyjny
The problem that innovation answers
Lack of an appropriate tool to support production employees in improving their work.
How does innovation work?
The box helps employees of the small and medium-sized business sector to improve their work. It uses methods to facilitate quality requirements in the production process. The innovation is to allocate approximately 30-60 minutes per week to employees for training to allow them to explore more tools and improve their work. The system will also be in a mobile form, able to be operated by the employee on their own mobile phone and a low-cost VR helmet, so that they will have the opportunity to learn on their own. An additional form of motivation will be the use of an attractive form of software - gaming rivalisation techniques are envisaged.
Who is the innovation for?
Production employees; quality-conscious personnel.
Who can implement the innovation?
Small and medium-sized business owners/managers; training companies; universities.
