About innovation
The problem that innovation answers
Many high schools graduates lack skills that are valued on the labor market, such as creativity, persistence, ability to plan, teamwork, problem solving and improvising. They also have not developed useful habits when it comes to caring for the envirnoment, budgeting or saving electricity.
How does innovation work?
This innovation involves implementing practical training modules i.e. design engineering workshops into the school curriculum. Each module includes several meetings and workshops that will help the student be proficient in using tools and recognize their own potential. The aim of the classes is to help students develop the qualities that are valued on the labor market, such as creativity, persistence, the ability to plan, improvise and work in a team. The workshops will also try to encourage students to live eco-friendly and frugally by using recycled materials.
The model consists of two sub-products: a textbook intended for high school students with materials and research tools to support students, and an online platform for information sharing.
