How does innovation work?
Introduction of a support system for seniors based on a volunteer support network addressing the needs of senior citizens who require a variety of assistance in daily life, including simple activities and leisure time organisation. At the same time, it activates senior volunteers to promote the concept of volunteering to younger generations. Employers also benefit from this innovation as it supports the idea of social responsibility in business.
