The problem that innovation answers

The innovation addresses the problem of a lack of critical and courageous thinking about one’s future and a lack of activities that foster self-confidence and a sense of agency in young people in the educational system.

How does innovation work?

As part of the innovation, a model of workshops and cooperation with educators was developed, which is intended to encourage schools to open up to alternative methods and a more friendly vision of human development. Theatre pedagogy methods are a form of work on innovation.

Results achieved as a result of testing

After participating in the workshop, young people showed more interest in the process of planning their future career in a conscious and purposeful way. Participation in the workshop can, in the long term, help them enter the labour market and thus have a positive impact on their future professional life.
