How does innovation work?
The publication produced as part of the innovation is a useful source of information about the services offered by libraries. It provides Deaf people with an insight into the range of activities they are able to indulge in at the library, as well as gaining new knowledge about the range of opportunities offered by the institution.

Deaf people; families of people with hearing disabilities.
Who can implement the innovation?
Public libraries (city, city-municipal, municipal and district libraries); school libraries.
Products resulting from testing
Instructional publication; glossary of definitions/concepts (about 15-20 terms); descriptive section of library operation.
Results achieved as a result of testing
To increase the knowledge of d/Deaf people about the services offered by libraries; to reduce social exclusion; to increase interest in using library services.
