How does innovation work?
The first stage of innovation implementation consists of recruiting oncoassistants. The next step is to set up oncoassistant-patient pairs where people diagnosed with cancer can receive help and support.

Results achieved as a result of testing
The innovation significantly contributed to an improvement in psychological wellbeing among ill people, who began to see the disease as a potential turning point, contributing to a positive transformation of their lives, and this change improved their wellbeing. Positive results after the implementation of the innovation are also noticed among the group of oncoassistants.
