The problem that innovation answers
The problem addressed by the innovation concerns the negative psychological effects related to the ageing process, the awareness of the passing of life, the fear of being forgotten. In addition, a lack of tools to support long-term physical disabilities and their associated limitations, as well as a method to cope with the risk of feeling excluded from society, was observed.
How does innovation work?
The innovation consists of volunteers collecting memories from older people and people with disabilities about their life stories, their daily lives or the difficulties they face or have faced. The next stage is to compile this information into a paper book or e-book and to publish these texts and make them available to a larger audience.
