Travelling by train poses a major challenge for people with disabilities. Their caregivers are often unable or unwilling to travel along.
How does innovation work?
The platform connects people with disabilities with other passengers on the same train willing to help. The platform is a classic website, but is also available as a mobile version (app for smartphones and tablets).
The website also provides information on concessions and entitlements in rail transportation for people with disabilities and their caregivers. It is also useful when planning a train travel thanks to links to websites with train timetables and timetable apps or railways guides.
