The problem that innovation answers
Professional counsellors often rely on outdated tools, which are not appropriate for assisting people aged 50+. Conventional methods of professional counselling are time-consuming and often fall short of the needs of more demanding clients.
Persons aged 50+ often encounter challenges when trying to return to the labour market, are often discriminated against because of their age and may experience reluctance from the recruiters. Therefore, counsellors need to dedicate more attention to them in the process of looking for a new job.
How does innovation work?
The innovation consists in having a session of the board game whose aim is to climb the mountian peak following a chosen route. During the game, which is lead by the professional counsellor, one has to complete the tasks and gather the largest possible number of Experience Stones and Stones of Potential.
