The innovation involves the use of a workbook in which the creators offer exercises and tools to carry out the development process themselves. The material is divided into four main parts: "How do I see myself?"; "How do I want to be seen?"; "Where and with whom do I want to be seen?"; "My things that can be seen" The workbook helps young female art graduates to develop their personal brand, to find their place in the job market and to take control of their career path.
