About innovation

The problem that innovation answers
Lack of assistance and tools for young women to "map" (systematise and structure) their skills and experience, and translate them into well-advised development of one’s professional skills and good decision-making about their further educational and career choices.
How does innovation work?
The innovation supports the girls in 'mapping themselves' by: – identifying their resources (strengths, skills, experience, interests); – planning their development; – teaching them to test themselves in different life/professional situations and showing the positive and educational aspects of failures. The innovation includes workshops and training for individual groups, schools and institutions as well as training for career counselors and educators. A toolkit ‘Map Yourself’ has also been developed. It supports the personal development and it helps recognise one's own competences. The toolkit should be used for at least one month, but the innovation recipients will be able to use it repeatedly, at any stage of their educational and professional development. The innovators, Paulina Anna Galanciak and Paulina Łoś, provide support and consultation to all the Toolkit users.
